Job summary

The Hillman Group seeks a Manager of Product Data Enablement to lead centralized item setup within Data Governance, ensuring approved products move from decision to data-ready status. You will drive end-to-end intake, stage-gate workflows, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data Stewardship, and Data Quality to deliver reusable enterprise data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product data, master data, item setup, data governance, product operations, supply chain, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience leading people, workstreams, or an operational team; direct people-management preferred.
• Experience designing or managing cross-functional workflows, controls, service levels, performance measures, and escalation processes.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Product Data Hub or another product information or master data management platform preferred.
• Experience operating in centralized or shared-services environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Product Data Enablement team responsible for centralized item setup coordination and execution.
• Own the centralized intake channel and end-to-end item setup workflow from approved request through data-ready handoff and release.
• Establish team priorities, workload allocation, service expectations, escalation paths, and operating routines for predictable delivery.
• Coordinate Product, supplier, customs, packaging, logistics, pricing, and other functional contributors for item information.
• Define, implement, and enforce stage-gate criteria for intake, data collection, standards validation, item creation, and readiness for business use.
• Ensure attributes are complete, data standards and controls are met, and requests are certified ready before creation.
• Partner with Data Stewardship to support item creation in Oracle Fusion PDH and publication to downstream systems.
• Partner with Data Quality to monitor defects and drive improvements to standards and workflows.
• Maintain governance and decision rights so business teams retain ownership of product decisions and data.
