Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, seeks a Product Data Governance Lead to transform product data into a strategic enterprise asset. You will drive governance frameworks, ownership models, and KPI dashboards, collaborating across Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to enable scalable PLM, MBOM, ERP, and Digital Thread capabilities.

The role reports to the PLM Manager and is based in a hybrid Rockwell Automation office; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in Engineering, Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Process Excellence, PLM, ERP, data governance, or related transformation roles.
• Experience leading complex projects, programs, transformation initiatives, or continuous improvement in product development or similar environments.
• Experience leading enterprise governance, organizational change management, business transformation, or process excellence initiatives.
• Experience with PLM, Windchill, SAP, ERP, MBOM, product lifecycle management, BOM management, engineering change, or product master data.
• Experience applying Lean methodologies, root cause analysis, standard work, and continuous improvement to improve quality and business performance.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and drive sustainable organizational change.
• Experience building governance models, operating mechanisms, metrics, dashboards, training approaches, or adoption plans.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams across cultures to achieve shared outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise product data governance strategy, standards, ownership models, and performance management.
• Drive organizational change initiatives that improve adoption, accountability, and business process maturity.
• Partner with Global Process Owners and business leaders to establish sustainable governance and ownership models.
• Align stakeholders across Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Data Management to drive enterprise decisions.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts that reduce defects, rework, and business risk.
• Establish data quality KPIs, dashboards, governance routines, and executive reporting.
• Support Windchill adoption, MBOM expansion, ERP readiness, and Digital Thread transformation.
