Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking an accomplished SVP, Head of Product for Dow Jones Industries in New York City to architect and drive a multi-market product strategy that delivers tailored value through data, analytics and news platforms. You will lead a cross-functional team, shaping offerings for professionals across markets and report to the GM of Industries and CTO.

You will lead the product organization, partner with Technology, Sales, and Marketing, and mentor senior product leaders to win Tier-1

Qualifications

• 15+ years product management in the financial services or media/information space.
• 7+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Managed P&Ls and ROI on complex, multi-million dollar product builds.
• Product-Led Growth mindset.
• Proven experience navigating large-scale digital transformations or platform migrations.
• Experience turning data into meaningful sentiment and insights.
• Understanding of data architecture, AI/ML, and API-first delivery models.
• Turned market data into a compelling product narrative for Tier-1 clients.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year product strategy across Dow Jones Industry verticals.
• Lead the product team and cultivate a customer-focused culture, ensuring customers and prospects are engaged at every stage to inform product priorities and deliverables.
• Collaborate and work in a lockstep partnership with the Technology organization.
• Lead product teams to continually enhance products to meet customers’ changing needs, workflows, and use of AI and other technologies.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure our value proposition is crystal clear.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of Product leaders and managers.
