You will mentor senior designers, shape the Index Design System patterns, and partner with research to tie decisions to engagement and subscriptions in a multi-brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing complex, systems-level or platform experiences.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate design strategy to business terms.
