Job summary

MyFitnessPal, Inc. seeks a senior analytics leader to build and guide an analytics practice powering product strategy and growth. You will own metrics, experiments, and actionable insights across product squads and marketing, collaborating with CPO, engineering and marketing leaders.

You will lead hands-on analysis to drive decisions, shape roadmaps, and ensure high-quality insights. Experience with mobile apps and a data-driven culture is essential; this is a full-time, senior leadership role

Qualifications

• 10+ years in applied analytics, with 5+ years in product and marketing analytics.
• 5+ years leading analytics teams, with 3+ years leading product analytics teams.
• Hands-on, player-coach mentality with ability to scale through teams and processes.
• Proficiency with AI-native and traditional data analysis tools; experience with experimentation platforms.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations, roadmaps and feature-level optimizations.
• Experience leading analytics for consumer-facing native iOS and Android apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of product analysts supporting product squads, growth bets, and product and lifecycle marketing.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Product Officer and senior leaders to shape product strategy with data-driven decisions.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of product and marketing data to deliver actionable insights for tactical and strategic decisions.
• Define, analyze, and report on key product metrics for the business.
• Own the experimentation practice enabling cross-functional teams to run properly designed experiments and advance tooling.
• Build and execute a high-quality insights roadmap with urgency, balancing depth and speed to insight.
• Present findings to executives and stakeholders with data-driven narratives to drive decisions.
