Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director, Product Analytics and Enablement in the Office of the Chief Data Officer. You will lead the eData Product Analytics and Enablement pillar, shape long‑term strategy, and scale an AI‑enabled analytics operating model across enterprise product teams.

You will oversee roughly 30 data analysts and program managers, drive embedded operating models into product workflows, and partner across product, technology, and risk to accelerate delivery with precision and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
At least 10 years of project management experience.
At least 5 years of people management experience.
Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

Lead the eData Product Analytics and Enablement pillar, including the Product Analytics and Product Enablement functions.
Build the long-term strategy for the Product Enablement function in collaboration with product teams.
Drive embedded operating model and scale AI-enabled analytics across product domains.
Oversee project management, stakeholder engagement, and demand and delivery coordination.
Foster analytics excellence and talent development across data analysis and program management.
