LettrLabs, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product to lead our software platform and the team that builds it. You will own the roadmap for the software platform, partner with the CEO, and drive alignment across software, robotics, and proprietary data to accelerate growth.

You'll guide three direct reports (PMs and UX) and still roll up your sleeves with specs, discovery, and hands-on work. This is an AI-native, fast-moving environment in Los Angeles.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS product management with leadership experience.
• Proven track record shipping a roadmap at a fast-growing company.
• Experience with enterprise features like roles, permissions, multi-account hierarchies.
• Strong strategic judgment linking bets to revenue/retention.
• Mastery of discovery, specs, prioritization, agile delivery.
• Technical depth across APIs, data, integrations.
• Ability to build operating rhythm and accountability without bureaucracy.
• Close collaboration with a founder CEO and direct input on strategy.
• Daily fluency with AI in product work and measurable gains from AI.
• Clear, concise executive communication.

Aufgaben

• Own the software platform roadmap and define success criteria.
• Partner with the CEO on product strategy using customer insight and data.
• Lead and grow two PMs and a UX designer; ensure outcomes and PM accountability.
• Coordinate across frontend, integrations, and data with CTO.
• Build a product process that matches an AI-accelerated engineering team.
• Involve enterprise customers; translate Sales and CS feedback into roadmaps.
• Own product metrics like adoption, retention, attribution, revenue impact.
• Collaborate with GTM teams on launches and new industries.
