What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Product Management group and serve as a liaison between the product team and stakeholders
- Own and lead requirement, design, development, and delivery of products
- Ensure product priorities are well defined and plans are complete
- Oversee projects across multiple functions and applications
- Coach product managers and product owners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of proven experience in Product Management in Finance
- Experience working cross-functionally on large projects with multiple engineering teams
- Experience Leading PMO
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree, Master's, or other relevant advanced degrees
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in proprietary trading or financial services industry
- Advanced degree in Finance or related field
- Knowledge of agile methodology and project management best practices
- Experience with product strategy and development in a trading firm
