Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Milwaukee, is seeking a Director of Business Process Transformation to lead enterprise-wide change across Product and Operations. You will partner with senior leaders to redesign processes, establish governance, and drive measurable value, aligning with strategic objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires expertise in Lean Six Sigma, ERP/SAP, Agile, and strong leadership to guide transformation roadmaps, CI efforts, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience establishing Transformation Management Office (TMO) or PMO.
• Experience with ERP platforms, preferably SAP, and related manufacturing systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, and performance measures.
• Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement future-state business processes and drive process standardization across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, logistics, and quality.
• Establish enterprise process governance and ownership models for accountability and improvement.
• Lead business capability assessments and translate findings into roadmaps and plans.
• Develop and execute change management strategies including communication and training.
• Build organizational alignment and address barriers to adoption.
• Develop business cases and measure financial and operational impact of initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress and outcomes.
• Leverage data and analytics to improve decision-making and performance.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with IT to optimize enterprise systems (SAP, automation, AI, analytics).
• Lead and coach a team of transformation resources.
• Provide updates to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensure initiatives align with strategic priorities.
