Responsibilities

• Develop ERP vision and set pace for the ERP team.
• Ensure that ERP efforts have well developed scope and conditions of success
• Effectively build and manage relationships between sponsors, customers, project teams, and senior leadership
• Resolve issues and make decisions outside the team’s capabilities
• Ensure teams adhere to GIS and Harley-Davidson PMX policies and procedures
• Attract, retain, and motivate talent by creating a high performing culture that supports Harley-Davidson strategy
• Ownership of outputs driving business decisions such as business cases, financial reporting and executive project reporting
