Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineering Director in Santa Ana to lead all plant process engineering functions, drive high-quality PCB production, and deliver improvements through advanced process controls and equipment upgrades.

You will mentor engineers, manage capital projects, and partner with customers to translate design needs into manufacturing solutions while upholding ITAR requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years experience within a technical and/or production environment.
• Masters Degree and printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant engineers through selection, training, and evaluation of team members.
• Mentor engineers, co-ops and interns and communicate guidelines, safety rules and policies.
• Prioritize and coordinate resolution of equipment, safety, product, quality or process issues.
• Ensure adequate equipment capacity and process capability.
• Oversee Capital Expenditure tracking and equipment qualification.
• Implement plans to improve process capability using DOE and statistical analysis.
• Interface with customers on product design, needs and issues.
• Provide technical direction and supervision across the plant.
• Perform special projects and provide analytical support for products and processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis of plant issues and evaluate equipment via DOE.
