Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineering Director to lead all plant process engineering activities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality PCB production.

You will mentor engineers, oversee capital expenditures, implement DOE and process controls, and coordinate with customers on product design and requirements. ITAR compliance is required for US citizens or permanent residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years in technical/production environments.
• Master's degree and PCB manufacturing experience preferred.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor plant engineers through recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Guide capital expenditure tracking and qualification of new equipment.
• Lead root cause analysis and DOE/capability testing for process improvements.
• Interface with customers on product design, needs and issues.
• Ensure equipment capacity and process capability to meet production targets.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
