Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks an accomplished Private Banking leader to drive strategic direction and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You will oversee loan and deposit growth, mentor bankers, and collaborate with investment and trust teams to deliver integrated wealth solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in private client lending, relationship management, and risk-aware portfolio management, with travel up to 50% to support client relationships and market development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Formal credit training and credit risk management experience.
• Proven expertise in private client loan origination and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive Private Banking strategy and plans for loan and deposit growth.
• Lead relationship management with affluent clients and cross-sell with commercial banking partners.
• Coach Bankers on delivering loan and deposit solutions and complex client strategies.
• Partner with Private Client Advisors and Investment Advisors to deliver integrated wealth services.
