Job summary

Metric is seeking a Head of Prime Services Relationship Management to lead a high-performing front-office team focused on daily client engagement, retention, and commercial growth. You will bridge the gap between client acquisition and long-term account optimization, working alongside the Platform Sales team to expand wallet share across cash equities, synthetic prime, and FX prime brokerage.

Qualifications

Minimum 8-12+ years in Prime Brokerage/Prime Services or institutional front-office leadership.
Deep multi-asset workflows knowledge: Cash Equities, Synthetic Prime, FXPB.
Strong client portfolio understanding: Hedge Fund strategies and financing requirements.
Proven ability to retain clients, defend pricing margins, and cross-sell.
Excellent communication with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and scale a front-office Relationship Management team.
Drive commercial growth and wallet share across assets.
Act as senior escalation point for key institutional clients.
Align with Trading, Product Development, Risk, and Operations to optimize solutions.
Monitor client portfolio health and profitability in partnership with risk teams.
