Job summary

The role entails strategic and operational oversight, establishing capable scientific and operational teams, driving efficiency, capacity planning and quality across facilities to support growth and high-quality studies.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in preclinical operations within CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of animal welfare and facility management.
• Experience in regulated research environments (US USDA Animal Welfare Act, AAALAC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee preclinical operations including animal facilities and research functions.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across animal care and facility operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of animal welfare.
• Drive efficiency, resource planning and continuous improvement.
