Job summary

Bi-Con Services is seeking a Divisional Vice President of Power to provide executive leadership for the growth, operations, safety, profitability, and long-term strategy of our Power Division in Ohio. This role oversees electrical construction, power services, and related infrastructure.

You will drive divisional P&L, business development, and project execution while building a qualified electrical workforce for substations, energy storage, and power distribution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in electrical construction or power delivery.
• Strong knowledge of medium- and high-voltage systems and substations.
• Experience leading teams, managing P&L, and scaling a power business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Power Division’s strategy and growth plan.
• Lead operations for electrical construction, power distribution, substations, and storage projects.
• Oversee project performance from estimating to closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, backlog, margins, and cash flow.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams including project managers and engineers.
• Support business development and major pursuits.
