Job summary

Hemab Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Development to build the function that guides portfolio decisions and partnerships. You will report to the CFO and shape how strategy analyses are conducted, ensuring alignment with R&D, clinical, and commercial priorities.

You will own board-ready storytelling, evaluate potential deals for strategic fit, and design processes that scale with Hemab's growth as it advances a diverse pipeline.

Qualifications

• Several years building financial and strategic analysis in biotech, pharma, or healthcare investment banking.
• Fluency in how a drug pipeline progresses and portfolio management.
• Track record producing board-ready materials from blank pages.
• Experience evaluating or supporting partnership/licensing decisions.
• Ability to design processes and work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the financial and strategic analysis behind Hemab's portfolio and partnership decisions.
• Prepare board-ready material, including portfolio scenarios and recommendations.
• Evaluate partnerships with large pharmaceutical companies for strategic fit.
• Design the evaluation and reporting processes for partnerships and board papers.
• Collaborate with R&D, clinical, and commercial teams to reflect program status.
• Support the CFO's broader strategic agenda.
