Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Director of Project Management Operations (PMO) to lead project execution across the Central Region from the Ohio area. The role partners with continuous improvement teams and aims to deliver strong project outcomes for clients and teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in industrial automation/integration, with 5+ years directing projects over $1M. A PMP and cross-functional collaboration are highly valued, with occasional travel up to 15% to support reviews and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of experience in industrial automation and/or integration.
5+ years of experience managing projects >$1M in value.

Responsibilities

Lead and own project execution across the Central BU with support from the Central PMO team.
Ensure project processes and transactions follow applicable policies and procedures.
Partner with sales and proposal teams by helping select project leadership and providing input on key proposals.
Monitor and share project performance updates against KPIs.
Manage the overall project execution forecast and support BU leadership.
