Inframark is seeking an Applications Department Manager to lead the automation and intelligence team delivering PLC and HMI/SCADA solutions for water and wastewater plants. You will direct project delivery, staffing, and resource allocation across domestic and remote teams, ensuring standards and best practices across programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and the ability to grow talent within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PLC/HMI/SCADA programming experience in water/wastewater
• Leadership and progressive management responsibility
• Excellent communications and team-building skills
• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA architectures, HMI design, and security standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Applications department resources and projects
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while improving profitability
• Develop training plans and mentoring for staff development
• Provide technical assistance to Sales and Marketing for proposals and cost estimates
