The Fedcap Group is seeking a strategic, business‑oriented Head of Software Systems & Business Enablement to lead the management, optimization, and lifecycle of software systems across its international footprint. This role ensures platforms are reliable, governed, cost‑effective, and positioned to harness AI and automation to support scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• ITIL, PMP, Prosci, business analysis, TOGAF, and/or relevant platform certifications preferred.
• 10+ years in enterprise applications or digital transformation, with leadership experience.
• Experience leading architecture, integration standards, and vendor management.

• Define and execute a multi-year systems roadmap aligned with growth.
• Lead platform rationalization, consolidation, and AI/automation initiatives.
• Build a business-facing partnerships model between technology and operations.
