U.S. Bank is seeking a Sr. Systems Group Manager – Management Systems Development to lead engineering and operational delivery for enterprise applications that support infrastructure governance, application resiliency, and operational visibility across hybrid environments.

This role provides people leadership, technical direction, and lifecycle accountability for in-house developed applications and automation platforms used broadly across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years experience with management approaches, tools, and techniques.
• 5+ years experience configuring software for connecting distributed software and services.
• 10+ years experience in IT environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise server inventory and governance systems across hybrid environments.
• Own multiple applications for availability, scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Develop automation capabilities enabling self-service network/server management.
• Drive automation, APIs, self-service platforms, and modernization.
• Oversee production support, incident response, and change control processes.
• Define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise standards.
• Monitor KPIs for platform health, resiliency, and risk reduction.
• Lead and coach engineers and Agile resources across organizations.
