Northern Trust is seeking a Director of Platform Security Engineering and Operations to guide enterprise security strategy, governance and delivery of secure, audit-ready platforms. You will lead engineering teams, set technical direction for tools like zero-trust and SASE/SSE, and partner with risk, audit and operations to drive measurable risk reduction.

You will define team goals, ensure regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, SOX, GLBA, OCC/FFIEC), and translate complex security work into business
