Job summary

Moloco is seeking a Senior Director, Business Integrity Lead to build and lead the function from the ground up in a hybrid role near Menlo Park, CA. You will own policy design, enforcement, and proactive detection to protect a global ad platform.

You'll recruit and guide a world‑class team, set operating models, and collaborate with Product, Legal, Engineering, Security, and Finance to align on risk, compliance, and growth. This is a greenfield leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Compliance Ops, Law Enforcement, or equivalent discipline.
• Proven track record building and scaling trust & safety or fraud prevention operations—hiring, mentoring, and retaining high‑performing teams.
• Experience designing policies, proactive detection systems, workflows, monitoring cadence, and enforcement processes at scale.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments (DSA, OFAC, FTC) and compliance‑by‑design frameworks.
• Product or technical background and credibility with engineering and product teams—you can translate business problems into technical solutions and make informed tooling decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conducting a comprehensive risk assessment and building a risk registry.
• Mapping existing policies, workflows, enforcement gaps, and ownership.
• Making critical tooling and detection strategy decisions.
• Setting the foundation for the function’s operating model: Policy & Compliance, and Detection, Ops & Intelligence.
• Partnering cross‑functionally with Engineering, Product, Legal, Enterprise Compliance, Security, GTM, and Finance to understand pain points and align on approach.
