Job summary

Moloco seeks a Senior Director, IT to shape and lead Moloco's global IT strategy, operations, and employee technology experience. You will build scalable services, champion responsible AI adoption, and guide senior leadership on technology strategy across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

This role requires strong people leadership and a security-first approach. You will mentor IT teams, manage budgets, and drive transformation through standardized processes, governance, and enterprise SaaS

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years leading global IT teams.
Experience with enterprise SaaS ecosystems, IAM, device management, and network infra.
Security-first mindset with experience in SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX programs.
Proven ability to guide executive leadership on IT and digital strategy.

Responsibilities

Define and drive a multi-year IT strategy aligned with Moloco's growth and security.
Lead global IT operations across multiple regions with regional managers.
Develop AI adoption roadmap and build AI operations capabilities.
Own IT budget, governance, risk, and change management across the company.
Partner with CISO/GRC and other functions to ensure compliant, scalable infra.
