Job summary

Benchmark Gensuite® is seeking a Leader of Platform Engineering & Operations in Mason, OH. You will oversee a portfolio of applications, drive end-to-end operational accountability, and guide architectural standards while mentoring product managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Telematics Engineering or Information Systems.
• Coursework in Data Structure, Open Operational Systems, Network Operating Systems, and Internet Programming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational activities including teams, resources and performance metrics for the portfolio.
• Advise on continuous improvement and innovation of product features to reduce maintenance and improve UX.
• Lead refactoring to modernize architectures and frameworks.
• Establish standards and architecture patterns across platforms.
• Mentor product managers and provide product support to ensure alignment with portfolio goals.
