Job summary

Vuori, Inc. seeks a Director of Planning & Allocation Technology to lead the strategy for merchandise planning and allocation.

You will own the product roadmap, partner with Data Science to productionize forecasting, and drive adoption of system forecasts across planning and merchandising teams. You will manage a small team of PMs and analysts, work with on/offshore partners in an Agile environment, and help shape the planning operating model with human-in-the-loop decisions and transparent

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, analytics, or planning tech.
• 2+ years mentoring product managers or analysts.
• Shipped ML or advanced analytics into a user workflow.
• Fluent forecasting knowledge and interpretability.
• Strong merch planning and allocation experience.
• Experience with Agile in global teams and enterprise planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for merchandise planning and allocation capabilities.
• Partner with Data Science to develop forecasting models and explainability.
• Drive adoption of forecasts and measure forecast value-add.
• Evolve operating model around human-in-the-loop decisions.
• Monitor emerging tech and integrate production-ready solutions.
• Define data foundation requirements and collaborate with data engineering.
• Lead and develop a small team of PMs and analysts.
• Collaborate with offshore/onsite partners in agile ceremonies.
