Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Product Manager to join our Product & Merchandising Analytics team, guiding analytics across product development, merchandising, planning, wholesale, and supply chain. You will partner with senior leadership to shape the roadmap, lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, and drive adoption of data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, BI, or data-led roles.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong written and verbal communication translating business needs to technical teams.
• Solid understanding of retail/product lifecycle analytics including cost and margin.
• Experience with a data semantic layer or modern BI tools.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements and metrics.
• Exposure to AI applications in analytics and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics roadmap in partnership with leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead discovery, requirements, and scoping for analytics initiatives.
• Prioritize requests based on business value, urgency, and effort.
• Translate questions into data models, metrics, and data definitions.
• Own the product backlog and collaborate with engineers and reporting teams.
• Establish data definitions and ensure consistency across systems.
• Drive validation, rollout, and user adoption post-release.
• Coordinate across analytics pods and business systems teams.
