Job summary

Vuori, a California-based athletic apparel brand, is seeking an Associate Allocation Planner to support allocation execution and inventory flow across distribution centers and stores, helping maximize sales and margins.

You will analyze weekly performance, monitor inventory health, and collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Retail Field Teams, Logistics, and Visual teams to align product strategies with stock needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, supply chain, statistics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in merchandise planning or inventory management (internships included).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and data organization.

Responsibilities

• Allocate merchandise by class, size and price aligned with trends and direction.
• Create and analyze weekly reporting on sales, inventory and capacity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align product strategies and inventory needs.
• Communicate weekly risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and store capacity against seasonal demand.
• Support new store assortments and inventory builds.
• Participate in store visits to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Production to resolve constraints.
• Support inventory management across retail, ecommerce and wholesale.
