Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in merchandise planning, inventory management or retail analytics.
• Strong financial, analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning/forecasting systems.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
• Proven balance of strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish financial targets, inventory strategies, markdown plans, and growth opportunities with cross-functional partners.
• Lead pre-season planning with historical performance, demand trends, and assortment vision.
• Develop forecasts and financial plans at class/style levels to align inventory and revenue.
• Create weekly sales, markdown, inventory, and receipt plans at multiple levels.
• Partner with Production to manage delivery, PO timing, and receipt strategies.
• Manage monthly receipts and inventory to optimize turns and in-stock levels.
• Analyze performance and translate insights into actionable planning improvements.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Champion process improvements and forecasting methodologies across the team.
