Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director, the Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission, county officials, developers, engineers, planners, property owners, and the public.
• Supervise and mentor planning staff, providing technical expertise and guidance.
• Oversee review and processing of land development applications, and prepare reports and planning documents.
• Provide guidance on Comprehensive Plan interpretation, amendments, and related ordinances.
• Provide staff support for boards and committees.
