Zusammenfassung

PepsiCo is seeking a highly experienced Pilot Plant Manager for the Technology Process Center in the U.S. to lead the R&D pilot plant operations and ensure safe, compliant, and scalable testing and validation of new products.

You will drive long-term capability development, manage a multi-disciplinary team across operations, safety, quality, and maintenance, and partner with global centers to standardize processes and accelerate innovation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of leadership in food/consumer goods manufacturing with 20+ staff.
• Health and safety qualifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH/OSHA; strong understanding of safety practices.
• Food safety qualification HACCP Level 3 or higher; experience with AIB, BRC, FSSC22000.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the R&D Pilot Plant to enable PepsiCo's innovation and commercialization agenda.
• Define long-term vision, operating strategy, and capability roadmap with resource planning.
• Ensure site performance in safety, quality, food safety, service, talent, and financial stewardship.
• Champion safety culture and lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.
• Own Food Safety and Quality Management Systems including FSSC22000.
• Manage site operating budget across labor, maintenance, and utilities.
• Develop a high-performing organization through talent management and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Global Process Centers to standardize and deploy capabilities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to meet current and future R&D needs.
