Job summary

Inmar Intelligence seeks a Manager, Physical Security to lead protective operations across associates, facilities, and assets. Located near Grand Prairie, TX, this role demands urgency, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

You will build a capable security team, establish clear expectations, and partner across the organization to drive continuous improvement in security readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate physical security or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership of security personnel, operations, and programs.
• Strong knowledge of physical security technologies and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Own the effectiveness, readiness, and execution of physical security operations.
• Provide clear leadership and direction to company and contract security personnel.
• Develop and enable onboarding, training, and communication programs for security personnel.
• Lead security incident response planning and coordinate with external partners when needed.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and security coverage based on risks and needs.
• Oversee access control systems, surveillance, and security technologies.
