Boston Globe Media Partners, LLC is seeking a director of photography to lead the photo department and shape visual journalism across print and digital. You will guide a team, set standards, and ensure deadline-driven storytelling that carries across platforms.

You will manage staff with both union and non-union status, coach for growth, and make final calls under pressure while collaborating with editors and departments to integrate visual storytelling from coverage planning through execution.
