• Ability to lead through organizational and workflow change and unite diverse teams.
• Fluency in digital and social storytelling and willingness to experiment with new visual forms.
• Strong journalistic judgment and familiarity with ethics, safety, and licensing in editorial photography.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and decision-making skills.
