Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in IT, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Consulting, Strategy, Project/Program Management and/or Analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendor management, with ability to address complex issues.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of inventory compliance across Pharmacy Inventory Systems.
• Partners with stakeholders to define and prioritize inventory compliance initiatives aligned with regulatory goals.
• Owns technology capabilities supporting inventory accountability and compliance throughout lifecycle.
• Ensures systems support audits, cycle counts, adjustments, recalls, and exception management.
• Drives DSCSA compliance and product traceability capabilities.
• Monitors KPIs and reporting to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Mentors managers and individual contributors; fosters accountability and growth.
