Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Analytics to build and lead a national pharmacy analytics infrastructure. You will support field teams and Regional Pharmacy Directors, developing enterprise-wide analytics capabilities and scalable data solutions across markets.

The role requires advanced degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience managing analytics platforms, with strong operations and vendor coordination. Hybrid work with office days is required.

Qualifications

• - Advanced degree in a relevant field; minimum 8–10 years of related experience.
• - Experience managing technology platforms and enterprise-wide analytics infrastructure.
• - Proven track record supporting field teams or regional operations.
• - Experience building scalable analytics solutions for multi-location organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee a national pharmacy analytics platform
• Develop standardized analytical methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks
• Create scalable data solutions and automated analytics workflows
• Establish centralized analytics support services for field teams
• Design and implement knowledge management systems across regional teams
• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of analytics platforms
• Oversee data integration from PBMs, specialty pharmacies, and claims admins
• Ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance
• Drive tech innovation and automation
• Coordinate training for regional teams
