Job summary

Lockton Dunning Benefits is seeking a Pharmacy Associate Analytics Manager to lead the Pharmacy Analytics practice for Employer Group and Health Plan clients. You will oversee operations, analytics, reconciliation and procurement support across lines of Health and Welfare.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in healthcare analytics with 2+ years in management, plus strong PBM data, SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years in healthcare and data analytics with 2+ years of management.
• Exemplary knowledge of Pharmacy Analytics coverages and services.
• Thorough understanding of PBM data layouts, contracts, financial terms and data concepts.
• Experience with SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong internal and external customer service and client relationships.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations for intake and work assignment for RFPs, Reconciliations, and financial reviews.
• Works on analytics projects for client-specific and book of business trends.
• Develops center of excellence for Health Plan/Health System clients.
• Drives relationships with Carriers for process enhancements and setting expectations.
• Coaches, trains and motivates teams to achieve quality objectives.
• Maintains a collaborative, innovative work environment and professionalism.
• Ensures understanding of PBM contracts, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
• Maintains team documents, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
