Job summary

PetSmart Store Support Group, Inc. is seeking a Director of Services Product Offering & Innovation to define, evolve, and optimize PetSmart’s services portfolio across Salon, PetsHotel, Training and related offerings.

You will lead pricing architecture, innovation pilots, and cross‑service integration to drive customer value and enterprise profitability. The role partners with multiple teams to ensure offerings are scalable, financially sound, and aligned with customer needs and market trends,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business/retail fields preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in product strategy, service innovation, pricing, or retail operations.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to balance customer experience, operational feasibility, and financial performance.
• Proven ability to influence enterprise leaders and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of PetSmart’s services portfolio (Salon, PetsHotel, Training).
• Define customer-focused service menus, pricing, and bundles to drive value and growth.
• Partner with Finance and leaders to develop pricing architecture balancing value, competitiveness, and margins.
• Lead innovation pipelines for new services and premium offerings.
• Monitor market trends to inform strategic priorities and offering evolution.
• Manage pilot-and-scale initiatives for new services and customer solutions.
