Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles.
• 3+ years leading, coaching, and developing marketing professionals.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing strategy, measurement, and digital channels.
• Experience partnering with clients and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Performance Marketing function, setting direction for how we deliver marketing strategy and client results.
• Coach and develop a team of marketing strategists with clear expectations and growth opportunities.
• Ensure quality and consistency of client strategy, solving complex marketing challenges and delivering measurable business results.
• Partner with key client accounts to provide strategic guidance and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to improve processes and align resources.
