Job summary

KEH Camera is seeking a Head of HR & Talent to lead workforce strategies and elevate talent across the organization. You will oversee compensation, benefits, talent management, and employee relations, while shaping culture and organizational design.

You will partner with executives, coach leaders, and drive external acquisitions for critical roles, using data to guide decisions and strengthen KEH’s performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, business, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in Human Resources, including 5+ years at senior leadership level.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition and growth, and human capital management.
• Proficiency in compensation, benefits, and labor laws.
• Experience with organization design, performance management, culture change, and effectiveness.
• Strong consulting, coaching, solution design, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent speaking and writing abilities.
• Strong time and project management abilities.
• Willingness to maintain in-office presence five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leaders to engage people in delivering the company’s vision.
• Coach leaders on organization effectiveness, architecture, and capability building.
• Manage HR strategies including compensation, benefits, talent management, and employee relations.
• Lead internal development and external talent acquisition for key roles.
• Track KPIs to prove HR services support business goals.
• Identify trends, barriers, and opportunities affecting the workforce.
