Job summary

KEH Camera, the leading pre-owned camera gear retailer, seeks a Head of HR & Talent to lead talent strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness from its Atlanta/Smyrna campus. You will own talent management, development, compensation and HR programs while partnering with senior leaders to shape the workforce capable of sustaining KEH's growth.

The role requires deep HR expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution with a commitment to an in-office presence five days per week at

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business or related field.
• 10–15 years in HR with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, growth, and human capital management.
• Proficiency in compensation, benefits, and labor laws.
• Experience in organization effectiveness: org design, performance, culture change.
• Strategic coaching, facilitation and design experience.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• In-office presence required five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to drive HR strategy aligned with the company vision.
• Coach leaders on organization effectiveness, change, and capability building.
• Lead development and execution of HR programs including compensation, benefits, talent management and employee relations.
• Build internal development paths and oversee external talent acquisition for key roles.
• Measure HR service impact with KPIs and align with business goals.
