PAVE Academy Charter School is seeking a Director of Human Resources to oversee payroll, HR operations, benefits, compliance, and talent acquisition. You will design core HR processes and maintain personnel records while partnering with school leadership to recruit and retain top talent.

The role requires strong data analysis, HRIS experience, and the ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced educational environment. A bachelor’s degree is required and SHRM-CP/PHR is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with payroll, benefits, HRIS, compliance, or talent acquisition.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and ability to analyze HR data.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative problem-solving and cross-functional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee semi-monthly payroll and time-off tracking; ensure data feeds into payroll accurately.
• Design, implement, and maintain core HR processes including onboarding and records management.
• Serve as primary contact for staff benefits, enrollment, and related inquiries.
• Manage vendor relationships for HR services and background checks.
• Lead talent acquisition, staffing plans, and recruitment metrics; coordinate with leadership.
