Bagel Brands is seeking a Senior Manager of People Operations & Services to lead People Services, Employee Relations, and HR Compliance. The role drives automation and AI within HR workflows, establishes service standards, and partners with leadership to create an employee-centered, compliant organization across multiple bakery brands in the U.S.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; HR or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, including 3+ years in a people-management or team-lead capacity.
• Knowledge of benefits, recruiting, payroll, and HR compliance.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Experience redesigning an HR service delivery model and implementing automation/AI in HR workflows.
• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy, approach, and roadmap for the People Services function, transitioning transactional work off HRBPs.
• Catalog current People Services, map to future owners, and implement a redefined service model.
• Lead HR compliance program, including procedures, controls, and audit readiness.
• Oversee Employee Relations and escalation of complex workplace matters.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives, partnering with HR Technology on system requirements.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor service quality.
• Manage vendor relationships and coach People Services teams.
