Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience, incl. senior leadership
• Experience owning an HRIS platform and HR systems
• Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits, compliance
• Experience building and scaling recruiting across roles

Responsibilities

• Owns full HR function including performance management, recruiting, compensation and benefits
• Leads hiring strategy and candidate sourcing for senior roles
• Ensures onboarding, retention, and compliance across org
• Drives Topgrading and 90% A-player target across the workforce
