Job summary

Advisorey is seeking a Head of People to lead talent, culture, and people operations as we scale our LegalTech platform. You will balance strategic workforce planning with hands-on execution, partnering with executives to shape org design, recruiting, performance, and development.

In this high-growth role you’ll build scalable processes, coach leaders, and drive initiatives across onboarding, engagement, and retention while maintaining an outstanding employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across People Operations, HR, and Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in high-growth startup or scaling environments.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on.
• Strong recruiting background with experience driving hiring outcomes.
• Ability to build systems and processes from the ground up.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the recruiting function across business and operational hiring.
• Partner with leadership to develop headcount plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Build recruiting processes that improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Develop employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
• Personally engage on critical and leadership hires when needed.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational structure, team effectiveness, and performance management.
