Job summary

Meridian Group is seeking a Head of Human Resources to build and lead the HR function across a diverse portfolio of businesses. The role reports to the CEO and will shape the people strategy for a multi-entity platform, partnering with executive leadership to scale HR capabilities while preserving an entrepreneurial culture.

This leadership role offers significant visibility and influence, with responsibility for both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution as the organization evolves

Qualifications

• Proven HR leadership experience in multi-entity, high-growth environments.
• Experience scaling HR functions in growth-oriented platforms.
• Strong business acumen with strategic and tactical capabilities.
• Experience in founder-led or family-owned businesses is valued.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified HR strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Build and scale HR functions: talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations.
• Lead organizational design for a multi-entity platform.
• Establish leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership on culture, engagement, and change management.
• Evaluate and implement HR systems, processes, policies to support institutional framework.
• Support M&A activity and integration, as applicable.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across all business units.
