Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in all aspects of human resources management.

Responsabilidades

• Talent Acquisition and Employee Life‑Cycle Leadership: develop staffing strategies and support hiring managers with recruitment best practices.
• Employee Relations, Engagement and Culture: foster a positive and inclusive workplace and conduct high‑level investigations when needed.
• Performance Management: design and refine performance systems and ensure role descriptions are current.
• Learning and Professional Development: lead training initiatives and identify learning needs across the organization.
• Total Rewards and Financial Operations: oversee payroll, benefits, and HR budgeting.
• Compliance and Legal Stewardship: ensure adherence to employment laws and update the employee handbook.
• Team Leadership and Strategic Analytics: supervise HR staff and provide data‑driven insights to leadership.
