The JCC of Greater Pittsburgh is seeking a Director of Employee Experience to partner with the Chief People & Culture Officer and leaders across the organization. You will oversee HR operations, shape policies, and drive engagement, equity, compliance and development to create a supportive, high-performing environment.

In this role you will lead staffing, onboarding, employee relations, total rewards, payroll, and analytics while mentoring the HR team and advancing organizational effectiveness

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
• 5–7 years of professional HR experience.

Mansioni

• Develop staffing and recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs across departments.
• Maintain HR policies, employee relations and compliance.
• Design performance management systems and ensure job descriptions are up to date.
• Lead payroll, benefits, and budget oversight.
• Provide data-driven HR analytics to inform leadership decisions.
• Lead and mentor HR team to build organizational capabilities.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Master’s degree in HR or Organizational Development

HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP)
