The JCC of Greater Pittsburgh is seeking a Director of Employee Experience to partner with the Chief People & Culture Officer and lead the HR function. The role oversees policies, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, total rewards and compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities include supervising the HR team, driving talent strategies, and providing data-driven insights to improve retention, engagement and workforce development in a nonprofit setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in all aspects of human resources management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the agency human resources function, including employment policies and procedures, employee relations, recruitment and retention, total rewards, legal compliance, and employee engagement.
• Supervise and develop HR team members; strengthen HR processes and practices; partner across the organization for a consistent, effective employee experience.
• Provide strategic leadership in payroll, benefits administration and budget oversight; ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
• Partner with Chief People & Culture Officer and CEO on salary structures, pay practices and strategic compensation data to support equity and budget planning.

Formação

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Organizational Development or related field

Master's degree preferred in HR/OD or related field

HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP)

5-7 years of professional HR experience
