Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline is required.
• 7+ years analytics experience, HR data exposure preferred.
• Experience with predictive modelling and machine learning is a plus.
• Experience building interactive dashboards and self‑service reports for business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R for large data sets and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale the people analytics ecosystem across HR, Finance and IT.
• Design and maintain integrated dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Prototype and implement AI, ML, and workflow automation to modernize HR processes.
• Lead a small team; ensure data quality, governance and security across data pipelines.
• Collaborate with business leaders to connect HR metrics to financial performance.
